Rocker is a fully renewed deluxe apartment with 40 m² on the 1st floor, where you can find one bedroom with a double bed alongside a living room with a kitchen, bathroom and balcony with street view (with soundproof doors). The perfect choice for couples! This apartment belongs to a different property: Cedofeita Back Garden - a restored 19th century building with 6 apartments. These apartments are owned by Hotel Estoril Porto - right next the front door with just one building in between. Please note that we are located in a World Heritage Protected Area and we don´t have a lift in the building.

Cancellation/prepayment: To book an apartment, you have to pay it in advance as a deposit. There are different cancellation options at this property, depending on what you book:
Children and extra beds: Children cannot be accommodated at the apartments.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the apartments.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
No age restriction: There is no age requirement for check-in. If in case of a couple, both underage, we will require a signed tutor permission and ID, as by law.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking
We recommend the parking located in the same street at number 399 (Auto Cedofeita); let them know you are staying with us for priority. It's a closed parking place that costs 10 Euros for 24 hours. This parking is open from Monday to Saturday from 8.00 to 23.30. It remains closed for the night. On Sundays and holidays it closes at 12.30 in the morning until the next working day morning. You can leave your car in during closing hours, if you need to leave during those hours keys will be provided.
